Gracehaven Villas is pleased to add our new building to our collection. Gracehaven House now provides a much-needed two-bedroom option for our guests. Newly built in 2025, this property has a large 20ft pool and plenty of outdoor areas, including a dining patio with BBQ grill and a large dining table with space for six guests, as well as a pool lounge deck and a pergola deck in the landscaped garden.
Whether you’re traveling as a couple or with family and friends, this flexible property is available as a 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom rental, making it ideal for romantic escapes or small group retreats.

Inside the house you’ll find a spacious king bedroom and a separate queen bedroom with an office workspace and desk. Each room has its own split air-conditioning unit. The interior living area has seating for four with a sofa and accent chairs, whilst a 50″smart TV is available to relax and enjoy your evening after dark.
We provide everything you will need to enjoy your time in the home. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a full range with a built-in air-fryer and an induction cooktop, an integrated microwave, large French door style fridge freezer and a dishwasher. The breakfast bar has two barstools and makes for easy meal preparation.
A choice of booking options
Guests are able to book Gracehaven House as a one-bedroom or a two-bedroom option. In the case of the one-bedroom choice, the second queen bedroom is locked off. Guests opting for the 2-person, one-bedroom option can take advantage of a lower investment and will still have access to the main king bedroom, all the indoor and outdoor living areas, and also the laundry room and two bathrooms.
