Cancellation Policy
COVID -19 Update
Our regular bookings are subject to the cancellation policy below. However, due to the current pandemic, any cancellation related to COVID-19 will be exempt from the regular policy. Any COVID-related cancellation will qualify for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to arrival ( documented proof required).
Should you cancel your booking within 30 days of your date of arrival you will qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior will result in a 50% charge of the booking fee.( excluding taxes). Any cancellation within 14 days of arrival date will be charged in full. – Amended May 2022
